Rich, strong, not overly hot. Extremely large bulbs with huge cloves that are easy to peel. Exceptional quality of Porcelain hardneck garlic. Bulbs range from white to white with a purple blush. Often mistaken for elephant garlic due to the jumbo bulbs. Yield approx. 4-6 jumbo cloves/bulb. Stores about 4-6 months.
